Not a Good News Update
President Obama's (PBo) has decided to unilaterally curb deportations through executive action which opened the door for thousands of illegal immigrants to collect Social Security benefits, both lawfully and by exploiting weaknesses in the SS agency's ability to detect fraud.
Justice Department JoD wants to be GoD) officials in Arizona, South Carolina and Florida declined to prosecute illegal immigrants after the Social Security Administration proved they were using the Social Security numbers of dead Americans to secure benefits, an agency inspector general report revealed.
Cosme Lopez, a spokesman for the U.S. Attorney's office in Arizona, declined to discuss the specifics of why his office rejected the case, he told the Washington Examiner there are several reasons why prosecutors would refuse to press charges, it is COMPLICATED.
What's so complicated about illegals using DEAD people's Social Security numbers?
There is a possibility that a Connecticut SS number from a DEAD man was used by a high ranking US official since 1982-83. This individual also has a false looking Draft Registration with only 08 instead of 2008.
The Supreme Court supposedly met with Barack Obama a week before the election which was LATE to be DISALLOWING his unworthiness to be running for POTUS since he was already a US Senator for no apparent reason except a MISTAKE, a really BIG mistake. Instead of DISALLOWING him and being called RACIST ONCE, the party of the OPPOSITION has been called RACIST many, many times and many things have GONE WRONG.
The Supreme Court had 9 responsible people in 2008 who apparently WERE TOLD to let it go.
This would explain why someone likes to play fast and loose with other peoples' money.
"Letting it go" has only compounded the problem Apparently many people grew old using fraudulent SS numbers.
Between 2006 and 2011, the Social Security Administration suspended payments made under 66,920 Social Security numbers after finding that the names and numbers didn't match its records, the agency's inspector general found.
Dozens of individuals' W-2 tax forms had been filed using the same Social Security number in some cases.
In one instance, a single Social Security number had spawned 613 claims, the report said.

Maximize Earnings in 40 Quadrants
Everyone should maximize their earnings in all 40 quadrants especially if nearing retirement age since they will disregard $3000 you made if you were laid off for some time before you retired and not maximized.
If you do not look like the person interviewing you in a room full of India people who look "fresh off the boat", they will try to limit you to the $900 range even if they have to disregard last earnings just before you retired.
That way with Part D on Medicare you will never see $1000 per month because Part D goes up exactly what your cost of living or COLA raise should be if the President does not decide to beat you out of your annual COLA and give more food stamps away.
People without misgivings have been indulging in the "powdered colored water" that starts with a "K"and are "purchased".

Why SS Is In Trouble
Social Security is in trouble financially because fewer and fewer youth are paying in for MORE and MORE older people.**********************************************
AND OLDER people from just about anywhere in the world can hop off a boat or plane and GET a Social Security card but are advised to wait 10 days Or they apply for the card when they apply for immigration visa from US State Dept, under John F. Kerry.****************************************
DO YOU DOUBT? Visit any Social Security office and observe the place is inundated (AS IN FULL OF) foreigners there to get an SS card or get benefits going they may not have paid in 10 cents to get, mostly India people some of whom are FBI craved Muslim terrorists perhaps...but they prefer younger terrorists like the Boston Beantown Bombers who came over, drew welfare, went to college, and blew up the Boston Marathon. **************
Members of Congress formerly hired their trophy wives some of whom had never worked a day on a payroll...to WORK in their offices, that is supposedly work.********
Then the ladies, wives, relatives, etc would accumulate the 40 points in four years or so for them to draw SS.
Then Congress' Democrats decided foreigners who became citizens could draw SS IF they accumulated 40 credits so THEIR relatives would employ them or "employ" them as ghost employees on the payroll who never showed up, kind of like Congress' relatives just there for the SS credit.
Presently, one must be 65 and the citizenship requirement, 40 credits requirement...is OUT THE WINDOW! Guess a needy old Mexican can drag himself over the border and qualify for SS.
Americans and their employers pay their entire working lives. They could have invested YEARS ago but would make 0.000025 interest on bank account would-be SS presently which DOES NOT EVEN keep up with inflation gobbling up the value of savings. GAMBLING? Very few know when to quit while ahead, most lose their shirts gambling. Curbstoning? That may work if you buy low, fix it up and sell it for all you can get above what you paid for it. Risky...what is it is an X amount paid....JUNKER?
Some teachers got through a LOOPHOLE which allowed them to OP OUT of SS and invest the money. Many of these lucky expletives are now filthy rich. No doubt the loophole was closed years ago.
It is a proven scandal that the Blind Sheik was allowed to immigrate to precipitate the World Trade Center bombing as mastermind. The FBI claims REAL explosive was substituted for the fake explosive supplied. Did it ever occur to them that the Blind Sheik had a NOSE FOR EXPLOSIVES...not iron fillings in flour or whatever? Sheik is on permanent vacation with wonderful living conditions, great food, free healthcare and an idiot lawyerette to help him blow up Americans who may happen to be infidels. One lawyerette claimed she had cancer, received slap on the wrist for aiding and abetting a convicted bomber/killer who is behind bars. Who is helping Sheiky now? HMMM...the judge is probably a lawyer...would she? No...not even part-time treachery for pay since that would disqualify her from Obamacare. Sheik's lawyer should be required to be pro-bono as in FREE, UNPAID since myriads of lawyers would do this for the meanness of feeling really EVIL and all their likewise friends would envy them! These lawyers are the sorriest excuses for human beings on Earth. Most Guantanamo Detainees have EXPENSIVE FREE lawyers that do it for NOTHING, they are that degenerate...despicable...lowlife.
Speaking of lawyers, bad ones or those "Breaking Bad"...Legislators in three dozen states proposed drug testing in 2011 for people who receive welfare benefits, The New York Times reports (with sad faces, almost crying probably). Such laws have passed in Arizona, Indiana, Missouri and other states. In Florida, people who receive welfare benefits must pay for their own drug tests which they are refunded should they PASS. The American Civil Liberties Union is suing the state on the grounds the law represents an unreasonable search and seizure. What a sweet bunch of guys and gals they are! Maybe Florida will drug test ACLU lawyers SINCE THEY ARE SO CONCERNED...they might be using...
Blind people are famous for heightened senses that help them replace the lost sense of sight by compensating somewhat. But any explosives handler knows what they smell like...but enough about frustrating...
Florida has become the 2011 state to begin drug screening on adults applying for the federal Temporary Assistance for Needy Families program. Gov. Rick Scott signed the bill into law saying it is "unfair for Florida taxpayers to subsidize drug addiction."
The law went into effect July 1,2011 for new TANF program applicants.
Under the new law, those applying for the public assistance TANF program will be required to pay the cost up front before the drug screening tests. If they qualify for the program, the will recoup the cost of the testing from the program. Only fair since some people will always take advantage of any sort of program.
